The web application ionsonic and its associated services are operated out of Ireland by WAVE - Web Audio Visual Engineering Limited.
By registering and creating a ionsonic user account you consent to transfer any personal information required by a ionsonic user account or service to our data servers located in Ireland. Here your personal data will be subject to Irish, European and UN laws.
By creating a ionsonic user account you also agree to adhere to the ionsonic Terms of Service and User Agreement.
Using services on ionsonic will not impact on your rights to arrange, find, use and sign other service agreements and contracts unless they contravene the ionsonic Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you start or continue to use ionsonic services other agreements and contracts you may already have will not effect the ionsonic Terms of Service and Privacy Policy unless they contravene the ionsonic Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

At no time is any user account information shared with any outside parties. The only exceptions to this rule are requirements to sastify legal mandates recieved from UN approved Law Enforcement agencies.

- publicly perform, publicly display, publicly broadcast, encode, modify, reproduce, transmit,
distribute and synchronize with visual images your material, in whole or in part,
alone or in compilation with content provided by third parties, through any medium now known or
hereafter devised for the purpose of:

- storing the work in a remote database accessible by users
- Make your material accessible via any playback device as audio and/or video streams
